Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Swim Tops and Swimsuit Bottoms unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred during the return process.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. For size exchanges, we’ll ship the new size once we receive your return.
