How do I find the right size for my Sports Bra or Apparel?
We recommend consulting our detailed size guides available on each product page. Our items are designed for performance and comfort, but fit can vary by style. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for high-impact activities.
Are your products truly sustainable?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We proudly serve a global community of active individuals across most regions worldwide. However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to ship to Asia and a few remote areas.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two conscious shipping options to balance speed, cost, and environmental impact:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping. This is our most eco-economical option.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Northampton, US, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your gear’s journey in real-time.
Why is my delivery taking longer than estimated?
All delivery timeframes are estimates. Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances. We work closely with our carriers to ensure a smooth delivery and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If an item isn’t quite the right fit, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please visit our dedicated Returns page for detailed instructions on how to proceed. We aim to make the process hassle-free.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear (Swim Tops and Swimsuit Bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic liners intact and unworn. Please see our full Returns policy for more details.
